Shalimar was created by Jacques Guerlain in 1925, as a tribute to the legendary love story between Emperor SHAHJAHAN and his wife Mumtaz Mahal.Shalimar is named after ‘The Gardens of Shalimar’.It was Mumtaz’s favorite garden.
